Participants must be legal residents of the United States, age 21 or older, and possess a valid driver’s license in order to enter. Raffle entry ends when 1,500 tickets are sold or 10/1/11, whichever is sooner. Official Rules, prize description and odds disclosure may be obtained at www.hrcnationaldinner.org/raffle. Sponsored by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, a charitable corporation incorporated in the District of Columbia and registered as a 501(c)(3) entity. Vehicle is shown with optional equipment and is not actual prize vehicle. All proceeds from the raffle will be put towards the charitable endeavors of the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. Money given to HRCF is not tax deductible if exchanged for a raffle ticket. Approximate value of the prize car is $50,000. Winner must take delivery of prize from the automobile dealership designated by Lexus. The winner must comply with all applicable laws and pay all income tax, sales tax, license, title and registration fees and any other costs and/or third party fees associated with acceptance and use of the raffle prize, including without limitation any travel or transportation costs associated with winning the Vehicle. Winner need not be present at the drawing to win. By law, HRCF will provide the raffle winner with an appropriate Internal Revenue Service Form W-2G that will indicate the raffle winner has received income in the amount of the fair market value of the Vehicle and collect the required federal income tax. HRCF reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotional event/raffle at any time. No HRC, HRCF or Lexus employees or the immediate families of Lexus employees may participate.
